His contributions extend to smart governance, IoT-based intrusion detection, and AI-driven healthcare diagnostics. His pioneering work in AI-Based Smart Governance has provided governments with AI-driven frameworks to enhance decision-making.

His expertise includes developing machine learning algorithms for cybersecurity, deep learning, cloud computing, and AI-driven governance.

Dr. Ipseeta Nanda

Prof. (Dr) Ipseeta Nanda Professor, School of Engineering IILM University, Greater Noida

With 19 years of experience in teaching, research, and administration (Dean), Dr. Nanda has guided PhD students and participated in prestigious conferences as plenary speaker and guest of honor.

She was honored with the IIWA-2020 award for Best Women Performer of the Year and accolades from South-Central Railway Women Union.

Former Founder Dean of Faculty of IT at GNS University and Director of Curriculum Design at Innogurus, she specializes in IoT and has contributed as reviewer for Wiley IoT books.

Dr. Rath Satyasambit

Research Technician, RIKEN Center for Brain Science, Japan

Works with neural data from rat’s brain using computational methods and dimensionality reduction techniques.

Developed novel bRNN decoders for neural calcium signals during emotional memory tasks.

Holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from Tokyo Institute of Technology and Master’s in Cognitive Neuroscience from National Central University, Taiwan.
